Use the smallest governed loading sequence that fits the task.

1. Open the AI-MANIFEST to learn which resources are current and how provenance must be labelled.
2. Load the HDI to establish what concepts, pages, methods, instruments and applications exist.
3. Load the HDIMM when you need prerequisites, dependencies and recommended pathways.
4. Use the Visual Knowledge Library to move from explanation to possible application.
5. Load the underlying registered pages before making substantive claims.
6. Separate REGISTERED knowledge from INFERENCE, EXTERNAL material, UNKNOWN matters and CONFLICTS.
