Claim decomposition

Separate spectroscopy, concentration change, source attribution, radiative balance, feedbacks, observed warming, impacts and policy-effectiveness claims.

Evidence check

Register the source class and uncertainty for each component rather than transferring authority from one component to the whole chain.
